Please note, this order process is for entire team orders only. We cannot accept individual orders from each player on each team. Please have your full team order at once, and do not submit duplicate orders. If you're assigned to a team of individual registrants, your team needs to pick its color no later than the first night of league play and order that day.

To order you sport tees, we'll need you to e-mail or fax the order form below to 919-341-5519. Information required in the order form:
1-Quantity of each shirt size (#S,#M,#L,#XL,#XXL)?
2-Sport / Design?
3-Brand & Color Preferences (1st-3rd Choice; see below)?
4-($2 extra) Specify desired #s (0-99) for each shirt within the size categories. Only available for All Sports Design.
