Tournament Pre-Party: Fri. Oct 22nd, 7p+
Sat. Games: Sat. Oct 23rd, 11a-8p (depending on the number of teams)
Championship Games: Sun. Oct 24th, 12p-5p (depending on #s)
WHAT: Kickball Tournament (guaranteed min. of 3 games) at the Historic Durham Athletic Park to benefit children's cancer research. Top teams from each pool will advance to the Sunday championship for single elimination tournament (min.1, max 3 games).

Started by Alexandra "Alex" Scott (1996-2004) to raise money to fund
research for curing childhood cancer,
and provide resources and support for children & their families currently battling illness.
Key Points to Note Regarding this Event
Ballpark concessions will be open, selling food & beverages, including beer
Only water & sport drinks allowed on field. Food/other bevs to be consumed in stands
PA System will be blasting the party tunes throughout the games
We'll use only 1 size of kickball & only run counter clockwise
Tennis shoes ONLY allowed on ballfield (no cleats)
7 innings/45 minute games. Ties are allowed
10 players in the field w/ min. 4F
Teams are required to wear t-shirts of the same color OR staff provided pinneys
Tournament rules will be provided in advance
