Please consider joining us at this free Wine Tasting Social for "hope-to-soon-be" 1st Time Homebuyers. There will be no pressure and lots of info to help you decide if you should get serious about owning. We'll have some info on the benefits of ownership and the major factors you should consider when buying. We'll answer all the Qs you have about the housing market and the Triangle area, in particular, and above all else, provide an environment where you feel comfortable asking Qs without the feelng that someone's trying to get you to sign a representation/agency contract; talk about Pressure and Intimidation! Representatives will be on hand from The Summit Group and The Glenwood Agency to answer your Qs. Should you use either of these firms to represent you in buying or selling a home, you will receive 1 FREE YEAR of Sports Leagues* with TRI SPORTS.
