This OUTDOOR course is a comprehensive physical conditioning program. The program will combine the expertise and benefits of one-on-one personal fitness training with camaraderie and motivation of working in a group with others just like you! It's fitness, the old fashioned way - with sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, running, and a whole lot of sweat! The program is designed to build your intensity as your fitness level improves. Registration includes 5 weeks of Bootcamp with Certified Professional Trainers and an OFFICIAL Bootcamp T-Shirt.
Each Bootcamp is Limited to 20 participants.

In the event we have to postpone games due to inclement weather, certain field sports will be making up all missed games on the Saturday prior to your final week of Scheduled Games. The location & times of the games will be announced once we ascertain how many games will need to be made-up.

Registration deadline for start of season is TUES 9/20/11, 5pm. Beyond that, interested parties should register and, space permitting, will be placed on a team, in the order in which they registered. Late fees will apply. if we cannot place you by Week 3, your fee will be refunded in full. Late Fee=$10/ Individual .
